Quick and Easy Chicken and Dumplings Recipe
2 cans
of chicken broth
2 quarts
water
4 chicken
breasts
6 frozen
biscuits
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
pepper
Boil
chicken in broth plus water, salt and pepper.
Once
cooked (about 1 hour) remove chicken and cut into bite size pieces, and
set aside.
Bring
water/broth back to a boil. Cut thawed biscuits into bite size pieces
(about 6 pieces per biscuit), and drop into boiling water. Cook for
10 - 15 minutes at medium low heat. Stir in chicken pieces.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Yum Yum. Serve with sweet tea
for a real southern meal.
