Mary Hamrick
President & Co-Founder

Mary has the remarkable ability to capture the hearts of women through her contagious spirit and desire to serve the Lord. She shares her knowledge and heart for the Lord through her participation in various well-known outreach ministries including FAITH Outreach, Stonecroft Ministries, MOPS and Mothers Morning Out. She has served as Women's Ministry Director in her home church and also enjoys writing articles and Bible studies. Mary received her Bible Studies diploma from Liberty Bible Institute. She has a heart for women's evangelism and discipleship.

Outside her ministry duties, Mary and her husband are currently living in Vernon Hills, Illinois, where they enjoy raising the youngest of their four children and enjoy spending time with their grandchildren.

Mary's chief calling is to reflect God's light, God's joy and God's love so that others will be drawn to Him - the source of life - as referenced in Matthew 5:16, "Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven."

Martha Shipman
Vice President & Co-Founder

Martha exudes the joy of the Lord as her true heart's desire is to be used by God, no matter the location or cost, and to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In fact, she has traveled the world as a laboror during 30 different mission trips where she has shared her biblical knowledge and essentially helped "set the captive free."

Martha's passion is to help women to recognize worldly lies and to counter them with Biblical truths. She actively disciples teenagers and young married women as well where God consistently uses her to ignite the healing process - healing from abuse, broken homes and marriages, and from situations where these individuals have been beaten down to such an extent they believe they are not worthy of God's love.

Martha's wisdom and positive influence extends to people outside of the church doors as she has served as a Counselor for the Crisis Center and the Juvenile Detention center. She has also directed the ESOL (English as a Second Language) program, which signifies her ability to diversify her talents in a foreign language.

Martha shares her vision with women during Dragonfly Ministries retreats and is available for other speaking engagements as well.

Martha and her husband, Doyle, reside in Little Elm, Texas. She is the proud mother of her daughter, Amy, and an even prouder grandmother. Her personal journey in life can be summed up in Isaiah 61:1-3.

Long Grove Community Church in Long Grove, Illinois says, " Mary was our retreat leader the weekend of April 17, 2010. The theme of our women’s retreat was outreach. Mary worked collaboratively with our Women’s Ministry team to develop the agenda, materials and flow of our retreat. She was open and very receptive to other speakers from our church joining her to speak. Mary is a hard working, humble woman that is being used by God in amazing ways. She ensures that the topic is Biblically founded and the presentation is inspired through prayer. Our retreat so touched and moved our women."
