In Psalm 84, the writer longed to get away from the bustling world to meet God inside His dwelling place, His Holy temple. We can meet God anywhere, at any time. But sometimes, getting away from the responsibilities and distractions of our day to day life offers us the opportunity to meet one on one with God, where we can meditate on His word and pray. There is a sense of real joy when we can worship our Lord, in spirit and in truth, without the distractions we have grown accustomed to, the distractions that hinder our complete worship of our God and King.

Join us at The Manor in Fairfield, Pennsylvania, as we learn how to grow closer to God through our Christian pilgrimage. We will discover how to learn to lean on God through prayer, through tests and trials, through brokenness. We will find joy in the prayers, music, lessons, sermons and fellowship that we share together.

In our weekend session, we will look at scripture to learn about God's dwelling place and how to find shelter in Him. We will allow God a moment in time to reveal to us how He wants to grow us closer to Him during this season in our lives.

As we draw nearer to God, He begins to reveal to us how life's circumstances can help us grow in our walk with Him, and how struggles can be used to bring Glory to His Name, and as we draw nearer to Him, He will begin to teach us who we are, from the depths of our heart to the tip of our tongue.
